• The lowest ratio gear (or ordinally, the highest gear) available in the transmission of an automobile
• In 2005 Australia’s SBS Television licensed series of irreverent BBC motor magazine Top Gear from BBC Worldwide Australasia and started to air the show on Monday nights at 7:30Pm

• Top Gear (original format), the original television series (1977–2001)
• Top Gear (current format), the current television series (2002–present)

• Top Gear (U.S. TV series), the U.S. adaptation of the BBC series
